About AS-OISOU

The Association des Oiseaux du Soutien » (AS-OISOU), created in 2006, is a non-profit, charitable humanitarian association (proceeding from French Law of Associations 1901). The association has been registered in Togo (in Togolese Department of Territorial Administration) the 1st of February 2006, under number 0256. It has also been registered by French Police Headquarters, the 6th of February 2007. The declaration has been published the 17th of March 2007, in “Journal Officiel Associations” (France), as required by French Law.

We act to promote cross-cultural cooperation and intercultural exchanges between countries and West Africa. We organise humanitarian missions for volunteers throughout West Africa in construction, education, health and culture. We also contribute to the protection of the environment, fair-trade, craftsmanship and eco-tourism.

AS-OISOU has two headquarters: one in Lome (Togo), the other one in Paris (France). This enables us to carry out our projects as efficiently as possible and to optimize their impact on the African continent.

AS-OISOU is an Association of African and International volunteers. In the field, our volunteers are warmly welcomed by the local population. Our approach is essentially based on intercultural exchange.
